Invited speakers from abroad, coordinators, and a limited number ofsupported participants from abroad will stay at the Nishinaguest-house inside the Wako campus of RIKEN. Other participants willstay at the hotelCygnus in Asaka-city. Asaka-city is located at the next station (Asakastation) to Wako station at the distance of 3 minutes by subway from Wako-station.The hotel room rates are about 7,000 JPN
yens/night for a single room and around 11,000 yens/night for a doubleroom. Participants can have meals at the dining halls of RIKEN (excepton week-ends and hollidays) or at various restaurants in the Wako city.

A get-together party will be held on Friday evening (March 19, 1999).The Symposium dinner will take place on Wednesday evening
(March 24, 1999). The get-together party and the Symposium dinner willbe arranged at the banquet hall of the Hirosawa club inside the Wako campusof RIKEN from around 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The cost for each party is around2,500 - 3,000 JPN yens per person.
