The VFAA is the only state-run association of professional fine artists in Vietnam.
At present it has around 1,500 members. The head quarter of VFAA is at 51 Tran Hung Dao - Hanoi.
The VFAA has its branches in Hue and HoChiMinh city.

I became a member of the VFAA in 1987 after the recommendation
by two well-known painters in Vietnam: Mai Van Hien and Bui Xuan Phai.
The certification above is the new membership card, which replaces the old one I got in 1987.
